LQTY
LQTY on PulseChain is a token that is forked from Ethereum. It is a token that captures the fee revenue generated by the Liquity Protocol via staking. Liquity is a permanently capped 100 Million supply token that is not mintable by any means. Liquity is a decentralized borrowing protocol that allows you to draw 0% interest loans against Ether used as collateral. Loans are paid out in LUSD and need to maintain a minimum collateral ratio of only 110%. Due to reinstating the true-Dollar-value peg into LUSD by reporting its price value under ETH/USD spot price as the PLS price in GWEI, rather than the ETH price in GWEI under the power of the Tellor Oracle System - Telliot, opening a Trove with LUSD's Borrower Operations is no longer profitable. This is due to the extremely high values in PLS that it takes to even open a Trove now, so opening a Trove with the Trove Manager is simply a waste of time and money. Buying LQTY with PLS pushes LUSD up via liquidity bonding in the code, so therefore it can be used as a leveraging asset.
