The CVRE Token

The CVRE Token was launched by a real world real estate developer that focuses on project creation and community relationships. The goal of the token is to grow the community and opportunity available within the group to create a real world market using real estate, with crypto as collateral during the down cycles. As the community grows, voting mechanisms and transparency will be used to notify and solicit feedback from holders on how to use funds and when. A DAO will be put in place, leading to eventual divestiture of the founder. As money is placed into outside projects through voting mechanisms and board approval, potential rents and capital could potentially return to purchase the token based on the performance of the real estate, leading to a virtuous cycle of capital and community growth. The founder seeks to decentralize control as smart contacts are put in place and audited to allow him to do so. This development planning process is underway now. We have also retained legal and are legally approved to build the software architecture we intend to build.
